◆The key to play darts well◆
1. Your play-style
Stance:
*Type B2 (*from 4 stance theory, was written by a Japanese Biomechanist)
Grip:
Using 4 fingers
Throwing:
Stretch the arm to the front at first, pull it back and throw the darts.
Aiming:
Aiming by using the left eye and left hand as target scope
What are the steps you do when you approach the throwline?
Put the center of gravity towards the right foot and the step forward using the left foot. Throw the darts after the center of gravity have stabilized.
2. Your practice focus point (stance, grip, throwing etc.)

3.What will be your advice for C-flight, B-flight, A-flight player?
C-flight player’s practice focus point are on relaxed stroke and stance
B-flight player need to make own’s movement into a habit
A-flight player need to have confidence on own self. The point is that your stroke will be better and smoother which is the results of concentrating on the throw.
4.The key to win competitions and the way to overcome the feeling of tension
The key to win competition is in the concentration. The higher your concentration is the higher your accuracy will be. The ways to overcome the feeling of nervousness are many. In my case it will be taking a deep breath, drink something and step on the stage after making sure everything are prepared.

Need to have confidence on own self. Confidence is the most important thing.
